Wolfgang Horn (Hkm, 145) notes that because of his good relationship with both Vivaldi and Zelenka, Pisendel might have been he was the go-between in this acquisition.
In the later ‘Catalogo della Musica di Chiesa ...’ (c1784) score and parts are listed for the Motetto No. 2 ‘In turbato mare’ by Vivaldi (III/V/6/19). The scoring is given as: ‘à Sopr. Solo co’ VV.ni Viola ed Org.’
